To help people living with dementia and their carers to live as happy and fulfilled a life as possible, for as long as possible.

Dementia is a journey that can bring changes to memory and daily life, but it does not take away a person’s worth or their ability to feel joy. With the right help, people and families can still make special moments and stay connected.
Our support group is a friendly place full of hope, where people share their strengths, celebrate small wins, and support each other with care and compassion. No one has to face this alone, Memory Action Group is here to help you make positive memories and live in the moment.
